Background
Grant started his career at a top Midwest private equity firm as an investment analyst where he assisted in the identification and underwriting of ground-up and value add investment opportunities.
Education
Grant graduated from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. After spending several years in commercial real estate, Grant completed the CCIM curriculum and earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation so he could provide more valuable expertise to his clients.

Grant and his team specialize in multi-tenant retail investment properties throughout the Midwest. Grant also partners with experts in Office, Industrial, Multi-family, and Modular Housing to ensure his clients have full access to experts across all major asset classes.
Brent Chaney

Background
Before joining Colliers, Brent spent 10 years in banking as a high-net-worth banker and investment specialist focusing on investments and lending. This extensive banking background gives him a unique skill set and perspective that benefits both the team and clients.
Education
Brent obtained his Master of Financial Economics from Ohio University after earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Allegheny College. Brent completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member curriculum earning his CCIM designation, recognizing him as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Brent currently maintains his real estate license in 3 states, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Brent’s primary role at Colliers involves assisting owners of commercial real estate with property valuation, conducting in-depth investment scenario analyses, and representing them in the purchase and sale of investment properties. His focus is helping clients achieve their investment goals with minimal stress and effort, while maximizing their returns.

Prior to joining Colliers, Emma worked as a Staff Accountant Analyst, where she was responsible for maintaining and setting up customer accounts, analyzing and translating data to support the sales team, as well as creating process improvements for the accounting team.
Education
Emma obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University In Finance as well as in Marketing.
Speciality
Emma specializes in designing and implementing creative marketing solutions for the Colliers Columbus Retail Services Group. She specializes in the representation of commercial investment properties where she is held responsible for all marketing, administrative, and operational tasks.
